About Nicole
Hi, I’m Nicole — thanks so much for being here.Unlike a lot of photographers, I didn’t grow up with a camera glued to my hand. I was always creative, but photography really began when I picked up a camera because I dreamed of traveling to Africa and photographing wildlife (still on my bucket list, by the way!). What started as “I just want to capture the world” quickly turned into falling in love with photographing people and real connection. Funny enough… I didn’t even want to photograph weddings at first. Their day felt so important that it honestly scared me. For the first five years, I avoided them because I didn’t want to mess up something that meaningful. But once I said yes to my first one, everything changed. Now, nearly 12 years later, weddings have my whole heart. There’s nothing more special than documenting the laughs, the tears, the quiet in-between moments, and the start of a marriage. Being trusted with that story is something I’ll never take lightly. And truly? I can’t imagine doing anything else.
